Symptoms of a Concussion - Actual Match

This match was wrestled on January 24th and the young man that was affected is still experiencing what they are calling 'concussion-like symptoms'.  This video can be used to help educate officials and prevent these types of situations from occurring in the future.

CIF Wrestling Officials

This years’ Wrestling Rules Interpreters meetings have been set- (click on article above).  Since there are not too many rules changes we have added an on the mat clinic at each site.  This will cover mechanics, positioning and tough calls-all things which are the expectations of officials around the state.

If you want to share your contact  information on this new website, we can put it up-just respond with your information and we will get it on the website-if you  want your picture send that also.  If you have something you would like to add on the website please forward it to me and I will get the information on the site.

At the clinic there will be CWOA dri-fit shirts for sale along with membership cards, which will  be used to offset the cost of the website-nothing is for free.

As always if you have any questions please feel free to send me and email and I will get back to you ASAP.

Thank you
